I ordered from Cassano’s and, the portion size was disappointing. For what I paid, I really expected more food... The pizza and sides both felt smaller than they should’ve been, and none of us were really full after eating. The taste was okay, sure, but the amount you get just doesn’t feel worth it to me!

I was hoping cassanos.com would have more options, but the menu felt basic. It was mostly the same pizza items and nothing really jumped out at me. If you already know exactly what you want, it’s fine, but the variety is kind of weak. Also, having to deal with repeated verification was annoying and made the whole ordering experience feel more frustrating than it needed to be.

I was really hoping to enjoy it, but... the crust tasted stale and was way too hard to actually enjoy. It kind of took away from the whole thing for me.

I ordered ahead thinking it would be quick, but I still ended up waiting around. They make it sound like pickup will be simple and ready to go, but there weren’t clear directions on where to grab the order, and the staff seemed confused when I asked. Just felt like one of those vague promises that doesn’t actually match the experience.

I ordered through cassanos i was excited at first. Then the pizza showed up barely warm and the fries were just cold, so that kind of ruined it. The taste was okay, I’ll give them that — but come on, I shouldn’t have to reheat my whole order right after delivery. Not the worst meal ever, but definitely not what I was expecting.

I’ve given this pizza place way too many chances. Sometimes the pizza is actually decent, but other times it shows up cold, dry, and barely has any toppings. It’s like the whole thing depends on whatever mood the pizza crew is in that day. At this point, the quality is just too all over the place for me to bother with it anymore

I tried placing an order on cassanos.com, it was kind of a headache. The site kept lagging, my coupon wouldn’t apply correctly, and I ended up having to redo the whole order once. Then after I checked out, the pickup time changed, which was annoying. The food was fine once I finally got it, but the whole online ordering process really took the excitement out of it. I had an issue with my order and tried reaching out, and it just turned into one of those annoying little back-and-forths that wears you down. The replies took a while, which I can handle, but the bigger thing was that it didn’t really feel like anyone was reading what I was actually saying. Like, I’d explain the problem, then get a short response that kind of brushed past it, and then suddenly I’m explaining it again. At some point I just gave up. The food might be fine, I don’t know, but the whole customer service experience left a bad taste and made the order feel way more frustrating than it needed to be.

I ordered from Cassano’s the sauce really threw me off. It had this strange sweet taste with a kind of bitter aftertaste, and it didn’t taste fresh at all. It pretty much made the whole pizza hard to enjoy. What made it more frustrating was that there wasn’t really any human contact either, so it just felt like I placed an order, got a bad pizza, and that was it. Maybe some people like their sauce, but it definitely wasn’t for me. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.
